On behalf of the Vista Community Association family, we offer our heartfelt sympathy to all who are affected by the COVID-19 virus pandemic, and we wish you good health and safety as our nation faces this difficult time. We and the partners who support your community will remain actively caring for you and your neighborhood during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
ESSENTIAL SERVICE PROVIDERS
Essential service providers such as landscapers, pool service providers, community managers and others are licensed professionals who will continue to care for the community’s common areas during this time. Please do not approach these providers while they are onsite for service, for your own protection and for theirs.
Our in-office team at Vista Community Association Management remains available to you as well. Our cloud-based technology allows us to provide you uninterrupted service in the face of the changing landscape due to the COVID-19 virus, with phone, portal and email service available for homeowners. During this unprecedented time, we want to remind you that we can offer fastest response to your needs when they are submitted through the owner’s portal, so please be sure to take advantage of the online services available through your owner’s portal at https://portal.vistacamfl.com/Home/Login. It has never been easier or more convenient to send requests for non-emergency maintenance, ask a question, or request information.

Continue to work directly with their association manager
Communicate with the accounts payable, accounts receivable and accounting team via email, phone and portal
View and approve invoices electronically via portal

Submit Requests for non-emergency maintenance, ask a question, or request information via portal or by phone
Contact us by phone as always since our office telephones are functional remotely
Please leave a voice mail message if our lines are busy, and we will return your message as soon as possible! Voice mail messages are received via email for team members who may be conducting inspections or working with vendors onsite
