Frequently Asked Questions

This sounds too good to be true — what’s the catch?

We understand that concern— and honestly, we designed Vista Lite precisely for communities that don't need the bells and whistles of full-service management. There’s no catch — just a focus on the essentials. By limiting the unnecessary services and through economies of scale, we’re able to pass those savings directly to smaller HOAs that simply want reliable, transparent support without overpaying.

Who is Vista Lite best suited for?

Vista Lite includes core services such as budgeting, collections, financial reporting, estoppel prep, ARB aprocessing, and a homeowner portal.

What’s the difference between Vista Lite and full-service management?

Vista Lite offers essential administrative and financial services with limited on-site support, while full-service includes property visits, board meeting attendance, and vendor coordination.
